Hello everyone! As you can tell by my very obvious handle, my name is Mike DiBaggio and I am the co-creator of an open content shared universe for superhero and adventure fiction called the Ascension Epoch. It's a lot like what you fellows are doing here, but with a layer of alternate history mixed in. We have adapted a lot of pub. domain heroes from the Golden Age of Comics as well as characters and events from great public domain literature and movies. So far we have published four books set in the universe. Each book has been primarily written by me and illustrated by my very talented wife, Shell.

I've known about this site for a while, and we've heavily mined the PDSH Wikia as a resource, but I only decided to post here today because I saw that GoldenBard had discovered our site and made a mention of our work. All of our stuff - books, short stories, artwork - is released under a Creative Commons-Attribution-ShareAlike license, so we encourage others to collaborate with us or to adapt what we've done to their own work. Shell and I are both very interested in the Creative Commons and would love to see whatever you come up with.
