| Are there any characters either OS or PD that could be considered time travelers? | |

| I know of a few PD characters. Stuart Taylor traveled through time with Dr. Hayward and Laura. Flip Falcon's bubble device allowed him to travel to other dimensions and times. And Atoma was a science fiction heroine to came to the '40s from 2446, but I don't think she did any time travel after she got here, so I don't know if you count them.

| There is actually a whole "Time Travelers" category of characters on PDSH. http://pdsh.wikia.com/wiki/Category:Time_TravelersMy favorites are Ace Buckley and Toni Stark. Additionally, I think several superheroes, including Blue Beetle had time traveling adventures. Captain Z-Ro was specifically a time traveling costumed hero. | |

| Argosail,
If Blue Beetle (Dan Garret I believe) shows up in the DC, as I thought he did in the last Booster Gold series, did DC renew his license? I remember the Kord version, and the Reyes one, I could have sworn Garret was in there as part of the legacy story they were doing. | |

| DC uses a lot of characters that are now Public Domain. They can copyright new stories featuring those characters, as can you, me or anyone else! But no, DC did not renew the original Blue Beetle comics. Dan Garret is PD, but has shown up frequently in DC comics, and was profiled in the old DC Who's Who.

| I think Dan Garret is in the public domain, but not Dan Garrett. It's a matter of the amount of Ts in his name. But the problem comes in the fact that "Blue Beetle" is trademarked, and one can't use any version with the scarab. That was a later addition and what DC definitely owns. | |

| Actually, two-T's Garrett is public domain, but on Free Universe, I use the one T to distinguish him. But yeah, the zcarab is a DC invention, and you'd have a hard time using the name Blue Beetle on a comic cover....
