Fighting Hero of the Galaxy

Hi, guys! Just thought I'd drop in to let you know my book based on the public domain movie Star Odyssey is done and done, and as such I've made half of the book available for reading online here.

I took a silly story that doesn't really make that much sense, and I turned it into a somewhat more serious deconstruction of what it means to be the hero in a space tale, and what it really takes to survive in the darkest of times. And it's got robots, lesbians, evil aliens, space guns, space swords and mind control. What more could you want?

If you want to skip straight to the buying part, that's fine by me, too. But I'd appreciate some criticism on the half of the story I made available. Or else, how am I gonna know if I should quit my dayjob?
