| This would be the place for fans to discuss Dynamite Entertainment's fantastic new line of Project Superpowers books. What do you think of their depictions of classic public domain characters? | |

| I have a great admiration for Project Superpowers. The original announcement of the series was my introduction to public domain comic characters and led me to find out as much as I could about them before the series was released. That research led to the original site that eventually became the PDSH wiki, the discovery of Jenny Everywhere, and the release of my own characters for free use. I love the public domain/open source character idea, and I have Dynamite to thank. | |

| Last I heard, Chapter 3 would be starting towards the end of the year. Three other "Project Superpowers" titles would also be released at some point, including a Ghost mini-series, which itself was originally announced in 2009. | |

| Over at Dynamite's message boards, DE has occasionally announced what's planned for the group of titles. Back in January, DE announced "more titles" for the end of the year, with "Ghost" being a part of that. popculturezoo.com has a picture for a line of Golden Age action figures by Shocker Toys, which includes Black Terror, Blue Beetle, The Arrow, The Heap and Daredevil. Shocker Toys' website mentions a Claw mail-in figure. Unfortunately, all I can find online is announcements for the series (first announced in February 2011), but no set release dates. These figures are not based on DE's Project Superpowers series, but right now, it's probably the closest anyone is going to get to them. | |
